Team lunch is very motivating for the employees and that too when it is hosted by the customer itself. The photos below validates our customer’s successful and special relationship with SparxIT and it’s people.
More than lunch we love the conversation that happens on the lunch (or dinner) tables.
One such conversation last week moved my thoughts completely because I never thought that way. He was motivating his team and talked about belief and attitude.
He asked:
Why Lion is the king of Jungle despite Elephant being the biggest, Giraffe being the tallest, Leopard being the fastest.
Everyone:
~Nobody had a quick response
He answered:
Because Lion believes that he is the king and rest of all as well believe the same. It’s just belief that set your attitude and help you build what you believe about yourself.
He added:
It’s one life, you only live once, so believe that you are a lion, the king of Jungle, and rest of us will believe on your belief.
Such was this enlightening conversation. I am glad to have him as a customer of SparxIT.
