When the core of SparxIT was being setup in 2008, the initial core member of team was 5, amongst them one was female and 4 were male.
In the way forward very soon we were just left 3 to complete the further journey. The one whom we missed was one of the female member who was making us complete as team.
Later after few months we tried bringing her back to SparxIT but she was too afraid to hand hold us as we were very small that time.
We were very eager to have her because we wanted SparxIT to make a place equally available for everybody without any gender bias.
Fast Forward 15 Years ⏩
Today, we are strong organisation with presence in India and America, and clientele from worldwide. A recognised name in industry and equally available organisation for our female colleagues.
We celebrate women’s day once in a year but we ensure everyday that we do everything that make SparxIT a company where a female colleague can have a wonderful and enjoyable working place.
