This is our validation. We are surely building a great culture here at SparxIT.
A person has joined us recently but soon he has realised that we are NOT a great fit for him. So he put his paper just in a week.
HR had a discussion and the person shared that he is not finding us a my-type of company. We actually lacked on some infrastructure pointers and we said we are improving. But he decided that he will move.
We were fine with that as he was in probation and he have all the rights to decide.
But… as the time passed, he realised what kind of company we are, our vibes, learnings and warmth feeling of inclusiveness.
And the magic of our culture is that he has withdrawn his resignation without any discussion with any body and this is a great validation for us that we are building things right.
Thanks for all the love and trust. As we are completing our 15th year of this journey, we are even more excited to lay down the foundation of SparxIT for next 15 years.
