We have never thought in last 15 years …

that we will have to live a hard time like today for the industry. Where this looks like:

❌ Highest backout rate

❌ Highest attrition

✔️ Big salary hikes

✔️ High increments

❌ Loyalty and trust at the all time low

❌ Money is the only thing that matter

But this tough time has the least effect on SparxIT. Our attrition rate is controlled. Our people are getting handsome hikes with same job. Exposure to move within to a better technology role, great learning, new tech education and exposure and, A place to thrive and become leader.

This gives a great pleasure to see your people saying “we are here, don’t worry” when outside everyone is looking for a change.

This tells the culture and kind of company that we were able to build. And, literally took years and efforts of hundreds of people who are and were SparxIT.
