How to secure yourself in these time?

👉 Keep yourself updated with the skillset you are into.

👉 Go for training and upgrade your skills.

👉 Certify yourself and update your company about the same.

👉 Insure that your feedback about work performance is being passed properly to the top management.

👉 Make sure you know that you are in the list of regular increments, bonuses and promotions. If not it’s a HINT for you.

👉 If you are married, ensure that your spouse is working or helping you with side hustle so you have a backup as a support ready for any tough time.
