We had invested a lot of love and efforts in making these âHappiness Boxesâ đŚ. And, that all were paid well when we had seen the smile and happiness on the face of each of our people.
I remember, It was the impact of Covidâs second wave and it was too tough to get the things done. But this was our 14th anniversary and we could not just settle for the average.
I still remember handwriting every team member’s name on the thank you card, signing it, and sending it to their doorstep in Covid-19 lockdown when everyone was working from home was an altogether very different feeling.
We wanted to celebrate our 14th anniversary together but it could not happen.
Although some packages were not delivered on time and few returned back due to wide india spread of our people and non-deliverability on few pin codes. And, we regret for the same.
I remember the unboxing videos posted by many of our people on social media, that showed the love and happiness that they felt when the box was delivered to them.
Since then, in a year, we traveled a long way and this year almost all of us are working physically from the office and we are actually enjoying our life and working in a balance.
And this balance will be justified even more when we will be celebrating our 15th anniversary in Goa this time.
Yes, the celebration is on the Candolim beach, with poolside DJs, snacks, food, and whatnot. Itâs GOA after all.
