Mental health must be a priority and so a direction towards the Adhyatam is important in today’s time.
If you take that route you will get to know how to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
You will be introduced to the power of chanting/prayers, chanting OM and meditation for mental focus, peace and heath.
The journey of self-help must start from within. Fix yourself from internally and outside will be different or the way you wanted it to be.
Here are some important things I do to improve my mental focus, power, peace and health:
➡️ The food that we are eating is equally important. Eat healthy and drink enough water and see the difference.
➡️ Sleeping on time, Taking 6 hours of regular sleep and Waking up early is very important for your body to rejuvenate, and feel excited about the day.
➡️ Simple and freestyle exercise must be part of your lifestyle if not gym/cycling/swimming etc.
We usually complain that we don’t have time for all these but we actually have a lot of time that we waste on multiple unwanted activities throughout the day:
- Watching Netflix/Amazon Prime
- Watching Cricket/Soccer
- Playing Fantasy games
- Betting games online
- Gaming on Phone/PS
- Porn
- Social media (Instagram and FB reels are the most time killers, you never realise how much time you actually waste scrolling through these reals every week/month)
- Late night parties
- Life chaos/GF-BF or Husband-Wife conflicts/fights (this mostly happen due to confusions, incompatibility, understanding issues and majorly because of unnecessary egos)
If not, you will also become a statistical data of these mental health surveys.
