You know that Friendship is the core of our foundation.
I have realized that such activities are really important to keep the positivity flowing in the organization. These activities are like power boosters. The small moments for fun and laughter away from our work are greatly needed.
But we can’t ignore “Working From Home” as well when are celebrating “Work From Office”.
There is a steep difference between WFH and WFO. Both got different perks for both people and organisation.
Both got the vibes, greatly different and must be respectfully maintained in the organisation.
SparxIT is learning gradually on how to adopt to the changing times and not decline the facts and demand of new india.

Changing with time has been one of our key focus at SparxIT and we are trying to stay up in the game with the time once again.
Recently, we have brought many changes to our leave policy, introduced a hybrid WFH policy, and added WFH to our rewarded leave benefits.
Our focus is to start sharing the benefits with our people in a controlled way without hampering or putting lots of pressure on the current infra and arrangements and gradually move to attain the market standard.
We believe in growing and we know it is important to keep everything moving upward. I can see, We at SparxIT are moving positively, upward.
