It’s a very old saying. And, the same I believe is true for the businesses as well.

So not just leadership but it become important to hire each employee with proper process and due care so you can ensure they are fit for you and you are fit for them.
That’s the reason I and Rohit often are involved in all levels of hiring. Sometime we prefer to take the very first round as we understand beginning screening is more important for all our major profiles.
Much of our time is spent with the new teams that we are building so we can ensure they are groomed with our culture and philosophy of the organisation.
