A few days back I shared a post on ideal employees.
The feedback I received was quite informative!
Most people believe that no one needs an employee who questions them, they all want people to follow orders.
Somewhere down the line, we all know that there is neither an ideal employee nor an ideal employer.
Both of them adjust their own interests and work together as long as they can.
No matter how hard we try to make our workplaces employee-friendly,
We can never deny the fact that ultimately we are all connected to materialistic goals.
Indeed, the roots of corporate culture are into materialism!
But, I have one question to ask you all.
Is corporate culture meant to make people unhappy?
P.S: For me, corporate culture is all about making adjustments between your personal and professional goals.
P.P.S: It is surely not about adjusting to unhealthy workplaces, negative colleagues, and dissatisfaction at work!
