I wonder, why some of my LinkedIn posts don’t get the views they deserve?
I have over 20K connections, but my posts often get only 200 views.
At first, this made me feel pretty low.
But then I did some math.
My engagement rate is actually high compared to some of the TOP VOICES on LinkedIn.
When I compare their followers and engagement, I realized I’m doing quite well.
Knowing that others face the same challenges is a different kind of satisfaction. Humans are made that way, and I’m no exception. 😆
Over the past few months, I’ve been trying to figure out what performs best here. And my experience says:
People aren’t here to read quotes or absorb more knowledge—they have information overload.
They’re dealing with an abundance of information and don’t have much time to read unless it’s very important, a personal story, or something that helps them with their current challenges.
That’s why:
I’m focusing on sharing my experiences, my thoughts, and what I know best.
I promise, You’ll never be bombarded with copy-paste or AI posts from me.
All my posts are genuinely my thoughts and experiences.
