Wow! One more case. No problem, we’re cool with this as long as we can manage but I am not sure how much you are comfortable if we all start backing you out as a company?
I am very cool usually and I will be this time as well.
But, I want to request everyone to not backout.
Start becoming courageous and tell the companies in advance that you will not join.
Backing out on the last day is the huge issue to companies, especially the small agencies where we don’t have any backup, and huge funds to maintain a bench.
We lose a lot of business, reputation and respect. We don’t have thousands of customers, we work with just few and we want them to feel as great as they are working with good or giant company.
Your this single action is putting not just we as a company but also our country in whole at scale to bad reputation because in this game no one is winning. We all are losing at the end as a company, as an individual and as a country.
Everyone’s reputation is at stake right now, you just need to look at it from our perspective.
Let’s be more clear, honest, and develop some empathy towards each other.
Please tell us well in advance, we have no problem if you are not joining, we would at least be able to manage our situation, plan and execute the alternative plan on time.
Companies are also being run by humans and we all feel stress and mental health issues.
