Ever notice how often people break the queue with no regard for others?
It’s shocking.
They don’t care about the inconvenience it causes.
Don’t be that person.
Sure, sometimes there’s a genuine reason to move ahead—but that should be the exception, not the rule.
Be mindful of your surroundings and considerate of others.
I’ll admit, I’ve done it in the past. But I’m learning to only do it when there’s a solid reason.
And when I do, I always ask the people ahead of me if it’s okay. Most of the time, they understand and are empathetic.
But here’s the thing—if you expect kindness from others, you need to give it too.
If someone’s in a rush with a genuine reason, don’t hesitate to let them go ahead. It’s a small act of empathy that goes a long way.
When you give, you create a world where people are more willing to give back.
