We have been constantly training and providing jobs to students and professionals since last 15 years and created a lot of value for the industry and at the same time in the last 15 years when we were creating values thousands of startups got funded, over-priced the market, created imbalance and then laid everyone off, and their celebrity founders happily moved on, abundant everyone, no care, shared their story of failure, tapped their shoulders, started another journey for another cash burning startup.
This chain is ongoing and never stopping.
What wrong we have done to the industry is small but actual value creators?
Companies like us growing strategically, organically with no fat that we have to cut later. Yet, no one talks about us, no one appreciates the role of companies like us in the consistent growth of the industry.
We don’t just create actual opportunities but also absorb the people when these so-called magical startups lay off their staff on a zoom call or an email, or sometimes they even don’t care to inform them.
In the recent past, Jabong, SMASH, AskMe, and 100s of others hired 1000s of people quickly and fired them all in jiffy. All these are TV and IPL brands, very popular, covered by celebrity media groups (mostly paid) but they became fantasy companies for people. People joined and then they got laid off.
One such real story is, that one of our employees joined AskMe, and just in a few months AskMe was closed and he was jobless, but we, the actual value creators, absorbed him back.
We were able to absorb because companies like us, who are not getting featured in every other day in a magazine or advertising on TV or IPL are the actual backbone of the industry and on our shoulders, all these fad startups flourish. We create the value and they try to eat the cream, they come and vanish (most of them),
but, WE WERE HERE, WE ARE HERE and WE WILL BE HERE.
Industry must pass the gratitude to the companies like SparxIT who are creating actual value in the industry by being consistent, organic, and stable.
